Heidi Montag is almost an aunt – and she’s putting her "auntly" duties to good use!
The former Hills star hit the beach in Santa Barbara with sister Holly for some quality time before the baby arrives.
The Montag sisters appeared in a series of bizarre poses while out and about, keeping their attention on Holly’s burgeoning belly.
Holly sported a black and white bikini top with a romantic wrap-around skirt.
Heidi, on the other hand, donned a peachy pink bikini with a surfing wetsuit.
Heidi gave her sister's growing baby bump a smooch while relaxing in the sand.
The blonde bombshell caressed Holly's belly as they approached the water.
Then leaned in for another kiss…
She was also photographed bending down and listening to Holly's stomach.
Heidi and husband Spencer Pratt are currently appearing on the latest season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars.
On the show, the couple has worked through many marital issues, including a disagreement over future children.
