Her Tokyo Hotel guitarist boyfriend joined her for the sunny outing, and planted a hot kiss on her lips, making her giggle.
He even straddled her, and kissed her neck as she lay topless on a hotel beach chair.
Klum, 44, and Kaulitz, 28, were spotted canoodling on the same resort balcony just this Sunday. At the time, the German model went topless and got a sexy lap dance from her musical boyfriend!
During their latest beach day, the bikini-clad beauty could not have looked more smitten.
She even smiled for the cameras as she flaunted her PDA with boy toy Kaulitz.
While Klum has not been very lucky in love, she's never been one to hide her steamy relationships.
