Standing By Her Man: Hayden Holds Boyfriend's Hand After His Domestic Violence Arrest

Hayden Panettiere is clearly still going strong with her bad news boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, despite his recent arrest for domestic violence and a troubling car crash.
The couple were holding hands and out and about in Los Angeles on May 13 — the first time the two have been spotted together since the disturbing incident just days before.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Hickerson was arrested on May 2 at 1:30 a.m. following a “physical argument” with his celebrity girlfriend.
The LAPD noted that according to a neighbor's 911 call, someone was overheard screaming “ouch” during an explosive “physical” argument. Hickerson, who started dating Panettiere last summer soon after she split from longtime partner Wladimir Klitschko, was booked into jail three hours later and was released on bail later that day.

Despite the drama just 11 days before, the couple spent Monday, May 13, having lunch and checking out cars and an L.A. Range Rover dealership.
More Drama
The outing comes on the heels of Hickerson allegedly smashing into his neighbors’ cars and a gate while possibly drunk. An onlooker told RadarOnline.com that Hickerson, 30, was driving his black SUV down his street at 2:30 am on March 31 when he lost control and crashed. According to the eyewitness, a woman immediately exited Hickerson’s car and fled the scene. It is unknown if the woman was Panettiere, 29. The source said it appeared Hickerson, who also left the scene, was intoxicated and a report obtained by RadarOnline.com showed the police arrived to investigate a DUI. Early the next morning, the source said Hickerson returned to the scene of the accident and apologized to neighbors for his bad behavior. According to the source, the damages have been repaired, and no charges were ever filed.
Rough Start
Immediately after Panettiere and Hickerson began seeing each other, she exhibited troubling behavior. RadarOnline.com caught Panettiere vomiting after a wild night of bar hopping with her new man in August.
Family Feud
And cops were called after Hickerson allegedly got into a boozy brawl with his father in South Carolina last November. Panettiere was also present for the incident, and cops claimed she was drinking as well.
Disturbing History
“I knew he had an incident with his father, and he has a tendency to do that physical violence,” claimed Panettiere’s mom, Lesley Vogel. “Never had I thought it would be against Hayden or I would have addressed it sooner. I have addressed many things.”
Worried Sick
A source told RadarOnline.com last year the star’s family and friends “do not approve” of Hickerson, adding her loved ones “are hoping this is something that she is going to evolve from.”
