Hayden Panettiere’s bad news boyfriend is wreaking havoc on their Los Angeles neighborhood!

Just weeks before he was arrested on domestic violence charges in a disturbing incident at home with the Nashville star, Brian Hickerson smashed into at least three parked cars and even drove onto a neighbor's property in the wee hours of the morning, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

An onlooker told RadarOnline.com that Hickerson, 30, was driving his black SUV down his street at 2:30 am on March 31 when he lost control and crashed into three cars and a neighbor's gate.

“The crash was so loud it woke up neighbors," the onlooker said. "It was terrifying."

The smash-up was so bad, Hickerson's car completely turned around and wedged between a wooden gate and a car parked on the street.

“The force of the accident was so strong, his car somehow got turned completely around," the onlooker claimed.

According to the eyewitness, a woman immediately exited Hickerson's car and fled the scene. It is unknown if the woman was Panettiere, 29.

The source said it appeared Hickerson was intoxicated.

"He kept saying ‘I’ll buy you 12 cars! Don’t call the cops!'"

Despite his pleas, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson told RadarOnline.com a neighbor contacted them at 2:34 am that night and claimed a vehicle crashed through a home gate and hit the caller’s car.

According to a report obtained by RadarOnline.com, police arrived on the scene at 2:54 am for a DUI investigation, but Hickerson was no longer there.

"The cops ran his plates so they knew his address," the onlooker said. "They went to where he lives, and no one answered the door.”

"It was a hit and run. He just vanished."

Early the next morning, the source said Hickerson returned to the scene of the accident and apologized to neighbors for his bad behavior.

According to the source, the damages have been repaired, and no charges were ever filed.

Panettiere started dating Hickerson last summer soon after she split from longtime partner Wladimir Klitschko, with whom she shares daughter Kaya, 4. The boxer has custody of the little girl, and lives with her in his native Ukraine.

Immediately after they began dating, Panettiere exhibited troubling behavior. RadarOnline.com caught Panettiere vomiting after a wild night of bar hopping with her new man in August.

Cops were called after Hickerson allegedly got into a boozy brawl with his father in South Carolina last November. Panettiere was also present for the incident, and cops claimed she was drinking as well.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Hickerson was arrested on May 2 at 1:30 a.m. following a "physical argument" with his celebrity girlfriend.

He was booked into jail three hours later, and was released on bail later that day.

Panettiere’s mother Lesley Vogel told RadarOnline.com she was “in shock” that Hickerson was arrested.

“I knew he had an incident with his father, and he has a tendency to do that physical violence. Never had I thought it would be against Hayden or I would have addressed it sooner. I have addressed many things,” she said.

A source told RadarOnline.com last year the star's family and friends "do not approve" of Hickerson, adding her loved ones "are hoping this is something that she is going to evolve from."
