The famous couple looked love-struck as they spent a romantic getaway on the beaches of Playa del Carmen.
Shelton planted a friendly kiss on pal Luke Bryan – who joined the pair on the tropical retreat.
Stefani looked gorgeous as she flaunted her toned abs in a teeny white bikini, knit skirt and beige cover-up.
Shelton looked casual in an airy dress shirt, shorts, a baseball cap and Crocs.
Both Stefani and Shelton were caught sipping on drinks while walking along the shore.
Stefani squashed all pregnancy rumors completely when she showed off her perfectly flat belly.
