Rancic, 44, looked skeletal in her gown with her thin figure prominently on display in the figure hugging frock.
She told Seacrest that the dress with the completely open side actually had a sheer panel holding it together.
Rancic avoided a wardrobe malfunction while wearing the gown that only covered her side boob.
She showed off her svelte figure in the black dress without her undies on the red carpet.
