George Clooney, 57, was all smiles and laughs on the set of his upcoming movie this Friday in Sutri, Italy.
The Hollywood hunk wore blue pants, a matching shirt and comfy boots as he chatted with his costars and film crew.
He was pictured joking around and enjoying the day even after doctors claimed it could take 20 days for the actor to recover from his scary car crash.
He seemed in high spirits while fulfilling his executive producer duties in the Italian paradise.
RadarOnline.com readers know that last week, Clooney was thrown 20 feet in the air after a vehicle crashed into his scooter.
He had no drugs or alcohol in his system at the time, and was actually on his way to the film set when it happened.

The driver was extremely “shocked and worried” and got the four-time Golden Globe winner help as soon as he could.
Clooney suffered from painful bruises and a few minor injuries, but was out of the hospital within hours of the accident.
Wife Amal joined him in the hospital, and was seen on a family date with him and their twins just two days later.
While he was caught limping just days ago, he looked fully-recovered when he stepped foot on set this Friday.
