George Clooney, 57, is putting up a brave face after his violent scooter crash.
But it seems the actor is still feeling the pain of the accident.
This Sunday, he was pictured jetting back to Rome for work, days after being hospitalized for his injuries.
The hunk flashed a smile and shook hands with airport staffers upon arrival.
But he seemed to be limping and struggling when walking to his car.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Clooney was flung 20 feet in the air when a vehicle crashed into his scooter in Sardinia.
He was heading to the set of Catch-22 at the time, but instead had to be sent to the ER for testing and treatment.
He was released that same day, and was caught looking relaxed and happy with Amal and their twins, two days later.
While George Clooney has been in high spirits ever since his car accident, doctors told reporters his recovery would take 20 days.
