Bitter table for one? The Food Network Star crowned their latest chef winner but one very unhappy loser wasn’t shy about posting their sour grapes, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. Bahr, a chef from Lousiana, took the Food Network Star loss hard, Re-Tweeting notes from fans that were slamming Smith. “Not sure I can take hearing 'honey this honey that' all the time,” one person wrote, and Bahr sent the response to his 1,000 followers.
He tried to insist that he wasn’t angry about the outcome, assuring a fan that he was “happy” Smith won.
Chef Bahr got called out for his distasteful Tweet storm, and was forced to explain his actions. “My RTs are in support of my fans. I think people should express how they feel freely. I'm happy with tonight's outcome. Onward,” he wrote.
Sour grapes! He even shared a picture where Smith and Rusty Hamlin, the third finalist, were marked out!
In bad taste? Bahr congratulated Smith after the win, but then posted dozens of Tweets from followers who wanted him to be the winner.
Battle of the Southerners! Bahr shared a message from a follower calling him “a true gent.”
Neither Flay nor de Laurentiis congratulated the winner on their Twitter accounts either! What do you think about Cory’s losing Tweets? Sound off in comments below.
