Felicity Huffman was spotted outside a Boston courthouse late Wednesday morning, April 3, as she prepared to face the judge on charges she scammed the system in order to get her daughter Sofia admitted to college.
As Radar reported, Huffman, along with actress Lori Loughlin and over a dozen other defendants, are appearing in federal court today to face charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud.
Head of the Class
Authorities alleged Huffman, 56, paid $15,000 to scheme mastermind Rick Singer in order to rig her daughter's SAT scores.
Huffman and the other alleged conspirators were nabbed in a sting prosecutors called "Operation Varsity Blues."
Huffman and Loughlin both face up to a maximum of five years behind bars if they are found guilty of the charges against them.
