From Mansion To Parent’s Home! Farrah Living With Dad In Small House Amid Lawsuits

Farrah Abraham has been living in luxury, traveling the world and attending lavish Hollywood parties throughout her time in the spotlight. But ever since the former Teen Mom OG star was fired from the series, she’s been hit with three lawsuits demanding cash! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the MTV star is living with her father and his fiancé in a small home compared to her former abode.
According to court papers, Abraham’s home is listed in Austin, Texas. Her father, Michael Abraham, has the same address. According to Travis County property records, Amy Blake, who is Michael’s fiancé, owns the home.
The 1,021 square-foot home has an estimated price of $259,600. The home is described as a “great starter home,” as it features only two bathrooms.
The home is a major contrast from her Lakeway, Texas house, which was featured on Teen Mom OG. The 3,310-square foot home was sold in December 2017 for $579,610. It featured four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The riches to rags living situation comes after Abraham, 27, was hit with a series of lawsuits in recent months.
In court papers obtained from Travis County Court, FHF 1 Oaks at Lakeway sued Abraham and her ex-boyfriend Simon Saran for allegedly failing to pay rent after her two stores closed down.
“At the end of September 2018, F&S ceased business operations and abandoned both Suite 300 and Suite 400,” the court papers read. “In addition, F&S failed to make the required monthly payments under the First Lease and Second Lease. On October 3, 2018, Plaintiff gave notice to F&S that if F&S failed to pay all outstanding amounts by October 10, 2018, F&S would be in default.”
An attorney for Abraham said they have “no intentions on making any further payments under either lease agreement. That will not change.”
The lawsuit continued, “Despite written demand for payment, Defendants Abraham and Saran failed, refused and continue to refuse to pay Plaintiff the amounts due and owing under the First Lease and the Second Lease. This failure to pay the amounts due and owing constitutes a material breach of the Guaranties.”
The Plaintiff is demanding $101,212.50 and additional amounts will continue to accrue for future months.
Abraham was also sued for dropping out of her Atlantic City celebrity boxing match. Promoter Damon Feldman sued her for $12,000 in December 2018.
On February 27, 2019, Delaware County Court ordered her to pay a judgment of $12,171.75 to Abraham.
RadarOnline.com broke Abraham’s own lawyer sued her in November 2018 for allegedly failing to pay her October bill for $2,577.50. The case remains pending.
But the money troubles aren’t forcing her to give up her expensive lifestyle. She recently attended an Oscars viewing party with her daughter Sophia, 10. She’s traveled to Bahamas, Dubai, Bali and more in recent months.
