Farrah Abraham dropped out of her celebrity boxing match against Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander – and now she has to pay the consequences. Promoter Damon Feldman sued the ex Teen Mom OG star for a whopping $12,000! Abraham slammed the lawsuit exclusively to RadarOnline.com.
Feldman sued Abraham, 27, on December 21, 2018 in Delaware County Court. The claim is in the amount of $12,000. The Blast was the first to report on the lawsuit.
She is scheduled to appear in court on January 30, 2019 at 9:30 am.
Abraham seems to not know about the lawsuit, as the civil complaint has been “undeliverable” to her. The Ex on the Beach star exclusively told RadarOnline.com of the suit, “He did not sue me. This is false news.”
RadarOnline.com broke that Abraham dropped out of the highly anticipated boxing match, which was scheduled for November 10 in Atlantic City. Her mother Debra Danielsen told RadarOnline.com at the time that they didn’t hold up their end of the bargain in regard to providing flights, tickets, rooms, etc.
This comes after yet another lawsuit. RadarOnline.com broke that Abraham’s own lawyer sued her on November 19, 2018 for allegedly failing to pay her October bill for $2,577.50.
The services included “service processor fees for TRO” against ex-boyfriend Simon Saran. TRO is an abbreviation for temporary restraining order. Services also include conference calls and discussions for the celebrity boxing match.
