A spokesman for the LA County District Attorney's Office told RadarOnline.com, "Abraham has been charged with one misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of resisting, delaying of obstructing a peace officer."
If convicted, Abraham could be sentenced to a maximum of 18 months in jail. Her arraignment has been scheduled for August 13.
But Abraham, 26, insisted to RadarOnline.com that she has not been charged. "That's false," she claimed despite the DA Office's confirmation. "Legally I'm not guilty and I'm charged with nothing. Stop the lies!"
But a rep for Abraham told RadarOnline.com, "She has a lawyer. She has a legal team. It's going to be fought!"
The Beverly Hills Police Department responded to the Beverly Hills Hotel for a "disturbance" involving Abraham at 1:19am on June 13. "A male adult hotel security officer reported that he asked Abraham to leave the hotel after she refused to disengage from a verbal altercation with hotel guests," Lieutenant Elisabeth Albanese told RadarOnline.com at the time of the arrest. "The security officer reported that Abraham struck him in the face with her forearm, grabbed his ear and pushed him in the face as he attempted to prevent her from re-entering the hotel. Officers noted that Abraham exhibited signs of intoxication during the investigation."
She was arrested for misdemeanor battery and trespassing. She was held on $500 bail.
