Farrah Abraham, 27, is getting ready to put up a good fight!
This Sunday, the brunette was pictured practicing her punches with a trainer at the Dogpound Gym in New York.
She wore high-waisted leggings and a tight sports bra that showed off her boobs. Flashing a smile with every punch, the reality star flaunted her rock-hard abs and toned arms.
Abraham’s session came ahead of her fight against Nicole "Hoopz" Alexander!
