The disgraced comic's youngest daughter's husband Martin McLean was hit with felony charges for a pill popping crime.
In court papers exclusively obtained by THE GLOBE, he was once busted for passing out phony prescriptions.
Phoenix Police busted him on June 4, 2011 when the doctor whose named was forged “advised that McLean was not a patient of his and did not issue him a prescription.” McLean attempted to trick a Safeway grocery pharmacist into filling a bogus order for 90 tablets of painkiller Oxycodone.
He was charged with a Class 3 felony of acquisition or administration of narcotic drugs. He pled not guilty. However, the case was dismissed after he completed an in-patient drug rehab program.
As fans know, Ensa's husband wasn't the only person in the family to abuse drugs. Multiple women have accused dad Bill, 80, of using drugs to sexually assault them. He is currently waiting for a retrial on charges he attacked Temple University employee Andrea Constand in 2004. The second trial is set for April 2018.

The yoga instructor has supported her famous father through his many sexual assault scandals, even claiming he was targeted due to his race.
Heart health horror! In June 2016, The National Enquirer exclusively reported Ensa faced yet another horrific event. A slew of desperate 911 calls were made from Bill’s Massachusetts estate, where responders rushed to the scene after being alerted Ensa was in cardiac distress. While police confirmed to the publication she’d been experiencing severe heart palpitations, the outcome remained unknown.
To make matters worse, her shamed father was accused of a disgusting sex attack against his own children’s nanny in 1997! Cosby’s daughter Ensa revealed the bombshell allegation to a confidant while they were both seeking treatment for substance abuse. “Ensa said it was an unwanted sexual advance, and the nanny was hysterical,” the source, who passed an independently administered polygraph examination, told The National Enquirer in an exclusive interview.
The attack allegedly occurred the same year that Ensa's 27-year-old brother, Ennis, was murdered in an apparent robbery gone wrong in Los Angeles. Mikhail Markhasev, a Ukrainian immigrant with possible mob ties, shot and killed Ennis on Jan. 16, 1997, in what investigators called a robbery attempt near an L.A. interstate.
More family tragedy. Ensa's sister Erinn struggled with a drug problem as a teenager, leading to an estranged relationship with dad Bill and mom Camille. In a bombshell interview with Star in 1991, Bill confessed; “It rips your heart out to see your child in a substance abuse program. It becomes heartbreaking because you are so helpless." Erinn got treatment for her drug problem and later moved to Miami Beach, keeping a low profile promoting parties and working in a gift shop. She reconciled with her father only after the Ennis' tragedy.
“The Cosby Family thanks many people for their prayers for their beloved and beautiful Ensa, who recently died from renal disease,” Cosby’s spokesperson Andrew Wyatt told RadarOnline.com in a statement.
