'Baywatch' Star Donna D'Errico Nearly Unrecognizable After Dramatic Operation

The 49-year-old former bikini babe was seen showing off her new slimmed-down curves in a tight white dress this weekend.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, D'Errico was sick of her mom flab and was desperate to go under the knife to get her beach body back that once made her famous.
Last month, RadarOnline.com exposed grueling photos of the surgery, where the star was seen getting a tummy tuck, butt lift, arm lift, lipo and more!
"It's such a long surgery," she told RadarOnline.com. "I'm just scared. I'm just nervous that I'll never wake up. Or my heart's going to stop."
"I'm having a tummy tuck, to remove all the loose skin from when I had my two kids," she went on. "I'm having an arm lift, because I had gained a bunch of weight and then when I had lost it there is just some extra skin that makes me really uncomfortable. And a little bit of a butt lift because I'm not 20 anymore!"

Dr. Obeng even admitted that D'Errico "looked a bit melted" and the actress "hated her legs" so much that she'd "never wear bathing suits, shorts or short dresses."
