The famous couple reunited 18 years after their divorce in Los Angeles.
Demi, 55, looked stunning in a sparkling black dress as she poked fun at Willis, 63, and the couple could still laugh at one another.
Bruce and Demi's children Rumer, 29, Scout, 26, and Tallulah, 24, were also in attendance to support their father.
Demi had the audience laughing when she said: 'I look at our marriage like The Sixth Sense. You were dead the whole time.'
Despite cracking plenty of jokes at the actor's expense the pair were seen sharing a warm hug on stage.

Demi revealed that their divorce had the biggest impact on their daughter Rumer. She revealed: "When their father and I decided to divorce it probably had the biggest impact on her".
Willis married Emma Heming in 2009 and the couple has two daughters.
