Moore, 55, was spotted picking up her injured dog from a veterinarian in Culver City, cradling the pooch in her bag and petting it to reassure it.
The small pup had a purple bandage wrapped around its right front leg.
Moore carried the dog in a gray blanket, so it wouldn’t have to walk.
The only time she set the pooch down was so that it could do its doggie business in the grass.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Moore has battled drug addiction in the past, and once even suffered a severe cocaine overdose that plunged her into terrifying convulsions and left her minutes from death!
The Ghost star’s most recent near-fatal brush with drugs came in 2012 after her brutal split from Kutcher.
