Chaz Bono visited backstage at 'The Cher Show' on Broadway this weekend.
Ironically, his visit comes after mom Cher, 74, was reportedly furious about the production that is doing well at the box office.
Despite that Chaz was all smiles as he posed for photographs with the beaming cast members.
Talking about the production Cher did not seem to be that impressed.
She told The Chicago Tribune: "Some parts of it are really fabulous. We're going to work on the other parts. In many parts, it was much, much better than I thought it would be.
"And there were no parts where I wanted to gouge my eyes out."
But despite that lukewarm review Chaz seemed to be really happy to have visited the show and performers.
Chaz – formerly Chastity Bono – underwent gender re assignment surgery in 2009.
