As if his admitted cheating wasn’t enough, Dean McDermott set himself further back in the “Husband of the Year” race Monday, buying sex toys at an Encino, Calif. adult shop, while his wife Tori Spelling remained hospitalized battling bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia.
