Natural Beauty No More! Chloë Grace Moretz Got Nose Job & Lip Fillers, Docs Claim

Chloë Grace Moretz is being accused of going from a natural beauty to pretty plastic! After fans accused the actress of getting plastic surgery in a new photo, doctors exclusively claim to RadarOnline.com that it appears she underwent a nose job, received lip fillers and more.

Moretz, 21, debuted her new look over Instagram. “Oh she had surgery on the nose,” one user wrote, as a second commented, “Wow surgery much?” A third said, “Why did you do that to your face?”

Dr. Z. Paul Lorenc, who has not treated Moretz, told RadarOnline.com, "She's a very beautiful actress naturally, but from my professional opinion, it seems she's had a rhinoplasty. Her lips also seem to have some filler, but beautifully done in my opinion."

Dr. Anthony Youn , who has also not treated the actress, agreed. “Yes, she appears to have had a good amount of work done,” he said. “I suspect that she's had her lips injected with a filler like Juvederm. They look quite plump and different compared to before. She also may have undergone a very subtle rhinoplasty, causing her nose to look more refined and elegant.”

Adam Schaffner, MD, FACS believes she only “enhanced her lips with injectable fillers.” He has also not treated the star.

Moretz is known for promoting body confidence. She even slammed Kim Kardashian for posting a nude selfie in 2016. She tweeted to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, “I truly hope you realize how important setting goals are for young women, teaching them that we have so much more to offer than just our bodies.”

Mortez admitted in 2016 that she decided to not get plastic surgery after her mother encouraged her to love herself. “Basically what she always said was, ‘When you’re 21 or over 18 you can make that decision yourself, but wait,’ she told ET. “And it meant a lot to me because it’s not even that she said, ‘Oh, you’re beautiful enough now,’ but it was like, you have to learn to love yourself on your own before you can actually understand anything in life.” She wanted to get a boob job, butt reduction and the “fat pad” under her chin removed.
