Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer’s South Dakota home was broken into while they were on a family vacation in Colorado. On last night’s episode, the Teen Mom 2 stars described the chilling moment they discovered their home had been ransacked.

The Turner County Sheriff’s Office in South Dakota confirmed to Radar that authorities were dispatched to the residence on December 30, 2018 at 10:56pm.

“Cole and Chelsea arrived home noticed items were missing,” a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office told Radar. “Multiple handbags were taken.”

On the episode, Cole explained of the incident, “She walked into our room and she said, ‘Wait something is not right in here.’ I went into our room. Our closet was destroyed. S**t everywhere, bins dumped. I’m running into every room in the house thinking someone is hiding in a closet. I was the most pissed I’ve ever been. Once I knew no one was in here I called the police.”

Chelsea explained in a later scene, “The cop was asking how our relationship was with Adam Lind and I was like, you never know,” she said of her troubled baby daddy. “We had laptops out and they didn’t take it. The only things we noticed were bags, jewelry, a pearl bracelet. If someone broke in while I was there, I would have two babies. It wouldn’t be easy.”
