A spokesperson for Lincoln County Clerk of Court in South Dakota told RadarOnline.com that a bench warrant was issued when he failed to appear in court on March 7. Lind, 28, was scheduled to appear in court for a hearing for his November 2, 2017 simple domestic assault arrest.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lind was charged with "attempting to cause bodily injury to another, recklessly causing bodily injury to another, attempting by physical menace or credible threat to put another in fear of imminent bodily hard, with our without the actual ability to harm the other person, and intentionally causing bodily harm to another, which did not result in serious bodily injury."
He was arrested a second time on December 5 for violating the no-contact order against his ex in the case.

But this isn't the only warrant out for Lind's arrest. RadarOnline.com exclusively broke that Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for his arrest in February for being behind on child support.
Lind shares daughter Aubree, 8, with Houska and Paislee, 4, with ex Taylor Halbur. A source told RadarOnline.com the warrant is for his child support case with Halbur. "He owes her over $16,000," the insider said. RadarOnline.com can confirm the warrant remains active.
In January, Lind's parenting time with Aubree was modified to a visitation center. The Lincoln County Clerk of Court spokesperson told RadarOnline.com at the time, "One weekend a month Aubree will be with his parents from Friday to Sunday. Adam may not be present when Aubree is with Donna."
But Lind broke the custody order, as he posted a photo with his daughter on Snapchat at his mother's home. "Chelsea let his parents have her for a couple of hours," a source told RadarOnline.com of the Easter visit. "She's livid and won't do that anymore."
