15 Celebs Who Enjoy Vaping
March 12 2020, Updated 6:43 p.m. ET
The jury might still be out on the safety of vaping with e-cigarettes vs. smoking conventional cigarettes, but that hasn’t stopped a number of big-name celebs from being unapologetic about their decision to vape. Whether they’ve been seen puffing away at big events back when e-cigs were still allowed or smoking in more casual environments, these celebs don’t seem to care if they’re being judged for their choice.
Perhaps we should just allow celebs to decide for themselves whether vaping is right for them, but the celebrity world is offering plenty of role models who make vaping seem like a glamorous version of smoking.

1. Leonardo DiCaprio
Having already been labelled the “vaping boss of Hollywood” in 2017, Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio was never shy about his own vaping habit. He was first seen in public as far back as 2009 when vaping was still in its infancy. DiCaprio was often seen at public events with his vape in hand, including an appearance at the 2016 Screen Actors Guild awards for The Revenant. He has been known to ruffle the feathers of the American Lung Association, who called his habit “deeply troubling.”
2. Johnny Depp
Another seasoned celeb vaper is Johnny Depp, who happened to star with Leo in the 1993 film What’s Eating Gilbert Grape? Depp brings his habit onto the screen with him, having been seen puffing an e-cig in his 2010 film, The Tourist, opposite Angelina Jolie. Depp had quit smoking but began again after making that movie.
3. Britney Spears
While some people might find vaping to be “toxic,” the singer of that 2003 hit song doesn't! has frequently been seen out and about puffing away on an e-cig. Of all the celebs who vape, Britney has the most pictures of herself out there hitting the vape pipe one more time.

6. Katy Perry
It may or may not surprise some people how many singers try to avoid smoking unless they’re puffing away on an e-cigarette. Back in 2013, Katy Perry was caught at a Labor Day party with a beer in one hand and e-cigarette in the other. Maybe that was just a special occasion?
7. Robert Pattinson

9. Jack Nicholson
Jack Nicholson may be considered the epitome of old school Hollywood cool. He stays cool by staying up with and creating trends. 10. Cara Delevingne

That didn’t seem fair.”

14. Sienna Miller
A talented British actor with a lot of range, Sienna Miller has often been seen on sets vaping in between takes.
