Divorce? Catelynn Leaves Tyler For Florida, Changes Last Name To Lowell On Instagram

Another Teen Mom couple could be headed for divorce. After Catelynn Lowell changed her last name on Instagram and went to Florida without Tyler Baltierra for Mother's Day, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal if there is trouble in paradise for the Teen Mom OG stars.

Lowell, 26, sparked rumors of relationship trouble when she changed her last name from Baltierra to Lowell on Instagram.

Baltierra, 26, also didn't give his wife a shout out on social media for Mother's Day. Lowell's father David exclusively confirmed to RadarOnline.com that they spent the holiday apart. "Tyler is in Texas visiting his dad Butch and Catelynn is in Florida with Nova visiting her older sister," he said.

Meanwhile, Baltierra has been posting cryptic poems on social media. "It's like my brain is so scattered that the moment I feel like I get what I'm after while climbing this ladder this person in the mirror just smiles through laughter," he wrote. "Then smacks me in the face which starts the chase to this inevitable race to feeling broken, beaten, devalued, out of place and now I'm all off pace."

In April, Baltierra tweeted, "Laying in bed next to my peacefully sleeping wife. I can hear my daughter snoozing away through the monitor in her room. My dog is cuddled up on the floor next to me… & yet I feel so empty… so alone."

The drama comes after Lowell checked into rehab on November 17 and then again on January 17 for suicidal thoughts after suffering a miscarriage. When she told him about her decision to enter rehab for a second time, she said, "I wouldn't blame Tyler if you want to just divorce me."

But fortunately for fans, Lowell's dad told RadarOnline.com that the couple is doing well! "Everything is good as far as I know," he said. "I don't know about the Instagram name change. I didn't notice."
