Catelynn Lowell revealed she is four months sober at the Teen Mom OG reunion in March, but apparently alcohol doesn’t count! After the reality star posted a photo of her drinking wine, a source revealed to RadarOnline.com that friends fear she’s mixing alcohol and medication after two stints in rehab for depression.

“Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra drink, but not nearly as much as anybody else their age,” the insider said of the 26 year olds. “They'll have a beer or glass of wine, but they definitely don't have an issue with alcohol.”

But as for her husband Baltierra, he continues to smoke marijuana despite his Bipolar disorder diagnosis. “Ty isn't on any anti depressants, as he's trying to do all of this holistically, so it's safe for him to drink, but they've always been more marijuana smokers than drinkers,” he said. “I know marijuana has helped them both in the past with anxiety.”

Lowell checked into rehab on November 17 when she had suicidal thoughts after suffering a miscarriage. Only weeks after returning home, she checked back in on January 17 to work on childhood trauma. She revealed she went to rehab the second time to get new medication.
