The legendary actor passed away at Jupiter Medical Center in Florida on Thursday, September 6.
The Martin County Sheriff confirmed to RadarOnline.com that they received two fire rescue calls from Reynolds' Jupiter, Florida home at 12:35 and 12:47 before he was rushed to the hospital.
The Martin County Medical Examiner confirmed to RadarOnline.com that he passed away.

Reynolds has been battling illness through the years. At one point, he barely weighed 100 pounds. He underwent heart surgery in 2010.
Reynolds’ movie Defining Moments is set to be released in December 2018. He is currently filming Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, which is expected to hit theaters in 2019.
Reynolds is survived by his son Quinton.
