The "If You Seek Amy" singer is also worried about protecting her money!
As RadarOnline.com has reported, Spears is locked in litigation with K-Fed, who is demanding more child support from the star for their two sons, Sean and Jayden.
In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Federline claims he and the boys live in near poverty in a tiny rental home.
Federline, 40, also claims he only banks $3,000 a month as a backup dancer and DJ.
