"My next post is a little embarrassing, but completely felt in my heart this morning that I should share," Palin, 27, wrote on her Instagram story. "But!!! Warning… A) I'm a complete work in progress and God is working on me everyday to become the best version of myself for my kids."
She then posted before-and-after photos. In the photo from July 5th, she showed off her toned tummy. Then in her September 15 photo, she lost even more weight! "If I can chip away at it so can you," she wrote.
The post has followers concerned, as it appears she plans on losing even more weight. "Damn I'd kill to even look like that before picture," a Reddit user posted, as a second commented, "I think God is just fine with the before photo."

Palin, who is replacingFarrah Abraham on the upcoming season of Teen Mom OG, first began losing weight when she appeared onDancing With the Stars. In 2017, she opened up about her journey after welcoming daughter Atlee, 1. She is also mother to Sailor, 2, and Tripp, 9. "This postpartum weight loss journey has been TOUGH to say the least," she posted on Instagram. "Consistency and hard work is paying off.
