It was almost exactly one year ago when Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unconscious in the tub of her Atlanta townhome. As the year anniversary of her death approaches, RadarOnline.com has learned that the family has sold the fateful property.
A sale is currently pending on the town home in Alpharetta, Georgia, which was priced at $469,000.
Neighbor Debra Reis told RadarOnline.com, "Krissy's Uncle Ray, Pat Houston's brother lives there now. Maybe they just didn't want to leave it vacant."
She said, "They cleaned it up and priced it low to sell. And it sold quickly."
As RadarOnline.com reported, Brown's estate has accused him of having "injected her with a toxic mixture" at the property, which resulted in her death in July. They're suing him for $10million.
Documents for that case also claim that he allegedly knocked out her tooth and left her blood spattered around the townhome, claims Gordon denies.
Gordon has admitted to arguing with Brown in the weeks before her death in July at 22. And there was even a 911 call from a neighbor concerned about "fighting, banging, screaming" coming from the property.
Several witnesses in the lawsuit said they saw Gordon hit Bobbi Kristina as she sat on a sofa, causing the couch to break, and leaving her on the floor. As she was on the floor, the lawsuit states, he was "hitting her in the face until she was bloody. He denies the charges.
Whitney Houston also lived in the home before her death in February 2012.
