As RadarOnline.com previously reported exclusively, Chyna's butt was deflating — which is what likely caused the star to revamp and go under the knife again.
After so many surgeries, Chyna's butt was looking deformed. According to Triple Board Certified NYC Plastic Surgeon, Adam Schaffner, MD, FACS, who had not treated Chyna: "The shelf-like appearance to the buttocks may be due to implants that are placed above the muscle, have rotated and/or are not in the desired position."
"It may also be due to fat that was transferred, such as done with a Brazilian Butt Lift, in a less than desirable manner," said Dr. Schaffner.
