Angela "Big Ang" Raiola was laid to rest at a Staten Island cemetery on February 22, and just like the Mob Wives star herself, it was over-the-top! RadarOnline.com has all the details.
After a Brooklyn funeral, Big Ang was laid to rest at the Cemetery of the Resurrection, in Staten Island. And like the star herself, it was truly memorable!
Floral arrangements in the shape of her trademark big lips, her favorite drink (Patron) and even the sign of her favorite disco, Pastels, adorned the scene. They had decorated the viewing room at the funeral home days earlier.
According to an insider, the burial was somber. "They released white doves," the eyewitness told RadarOnline.com. "And everyone got roses to lay on her casket."
"She's going in to the wall behind her parents, but she won't be put in until later," the source said. "They don't do it when people are there."
After the burial, the memorial continued at Angelina's Ristorante, the star's favorite restaurant in Staten Island.

There, the mood was lighter. The source said, "There were fewer tears. It seemed like everyone was just ready to unwind."
All three floors of the restaurant had been rented out for the event, which the source called a "typical Italian funeral and restaurant."
Guests munched on a buffet of two types of pasta, calamari, salad, and "lots of bread."
"There was an open bar on every floor," the source said. "And they were passing around sangria as the signature drink."
