While Frankel looked relaxed and like she was having a good time, she recently suffered a terrifying scare in Cartagena, Colombia.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Frankel and her RHONY castmates were on a chartered boat when they encountered a series of scary problems.
The group’s boat had problems with an anchor and an engine burst into flames, creating chaos for those left onboard.
The women’s nerves were so frayed Bravo reportedly has arranged for them to receive therapy, if needed.
