Frankel stepped out on June 10 looking noticeably different. RadarOnline.com spoke to Beverly Hills-based celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, M.D., who reveals exactly what he thinks she has had done to enhance her appearance.

"Bethenny's upper lip looked plumped up, possibly with an injectable filler like Juvederm," Dr. Youn tells RadarOnline.com.

According to the cosmetic surgery specialist, "It may also be a bit swollen from the injection, which should improve within a day or two."

"Another possibility is an allergic reaction, which can cause the lips to plump as well. But if I had to guess, I'd guess a little bit of injectable filler," says Dr. Youn, who has not treated Frankel.

"Bethany either went through a mid-face enhancement with dermal fillers such as Voluma, or cheek fat transfer," she tells RadarOnline.com.

"In both pictures Bethany had some neuromodulators, such as Botox done which froze her smile to a certain extent," adds Harutyunyan, who has also not treated Frankel.
