Bethenny Frankel's divorce from Jason Hoppy was finalized in July after a bitter three-year battle, and now the Skinnygirl is finally ready to let go of her once happy home! Click through these nine slides to see the former couple's Tribeca apartment.
Her four-bedroom, three bathroom home is listed for $6.95 million.
According to a real estate listing, the home boasts "a polished nickel entryway," "high-end finishes" and a full-sized wine refrigerator.
Her former neighbors included Jay-Z and Beyonce!
Frankel, 45, and Hoppy, 46, purchased the pad while they were married, and the condo became the focal point in their divorce.

Hoppy moved out of the home in July, shortly before their divorce was finalized.
"I walked in and it just washed over me," Frankel previously said about her first time reentering her home. "I sobbed for hours. It was like this release."
"And you always think things are going to be one way," she continued. "I thought it was going to be, like, the biggest party ever. I'd be rollerskating through there with my top off, my t— hanging out, so excited and there's nothing good about any of it. It was all just remembering moving in there. It was a hideous experience, and I just didn't know how to even process the feeling."
Since then, Hoppy has frequented online dating apps, while Frankel has been house hunting with her new boyfriend, Dennis Shields.
