Hours after RadarOnline.com reported Jennifer Garner, 46, and Ben Affleck, 46, reached a settlement in their divorce, the two were spotted taking their son out for ice cream.
The two looked calm and collected while walking with Samuel, 6, around Los Angeles.
Their happy outing came on the same day that RadarOnline.com reported the two ended their legal marriage and officially changed their statuses to “single.”
And while the two seemed amicable enough on their family day out, a source told RadarOnline.com that the judge had to beg them to stop fighting!

The judge reportedly ordered the Hollwyood stars to refrain from “arguing, yelling or using profanity” in front of their kids!
The two are parents to Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel and have been sharing custody of them since their split in 2016.
Despite the fact that they are now dating other people, they’ve always kept their relationship with their children a priority.
During Affleck’s most recent stint in rehab, Garner even took the kids to visit him inside the center!
