The brunette beauty looked ethereal coming out of the Mediterranean while she was vacationing on Ibiza, Spain.
Hathaway, 32, climbed onto designer Valentino's boat after a dip in the sea.

She cooled down in the water while her husband, Adam Shulman, was on the boat.
