The 37-year-old appeared bonier as she stepped out in New York City with 53-year-old George.
Amal's mother Bariaa and sister Tala weren't far behind either.
Though thin to begin with, there's no doubt Amal appears slimmer than usual.
The raven-haired beauty attempted to cover up in a pair of flared jeans and a modest long-sleeved shirt.
But there was no hiding her stick-thin arms and legs.
During their seven months of marriage, divorce rumors have circulated many times for the couple.
