Tristan Thompson's Baby Mama Maralee Nichols Selling $900k Texas Pad As She Continues Fight With NBA Star Over Child Support

Tristan Thompson’s baby mama Maralee Nichols listed her Texas condo for sale weeks after he accused her of moving to California in hopes of scoring higher child support.
According to real estate records obtained by RadarOnline.com, Nichols listed her 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,976 sq. ft. home in Houston for $900,000.
The property was listed on December 21. The listing lists the amenities as an elevator, chef’s kitchen, German appliances, and a "4th-floor game room that opens to a fabulous rooftop terrace."
Before moving to Los Angeles earlier this year, Nichols installed a security camera, smart doorbell and smart thermostats on each floor of the home.
Property records show Nichols purchased the pad in 2020. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the personal trainer booked it to LA after finding out she was pregnant. Court documents reveal she is currently living in a luxury penthouse apartment near Venice Beach.
She immediately filed a paternity lawsuit against the NBA star seeking child support.
Thompson wasn't pleased with the decision to file in California and rushed out to Texas to file his own case. He accuses Nichols of moving to try and get paid more child support.
The judge in the Texas case ended up dismissing the case due to Nichols having already moved to Los Angeles and giving birth in the state.

Throughout the entire battle, Thompson claimed he was skeptical that he was the father. He admitted to having sex with Nichols on his 30th birthday in March while partying in Texas. She claimed they had intercourse numerous times in California and in Texas.
In a declaration under oath, Nichols even claimed she visit Thompson's Encino home and they had sex. He denied the claims as he tried to fight for the case to be heard in Texas.
Last week, Thompson dropped a bombshell on Instagram revealing the DNA test came back showing he was the father. The NBA star wrote, "Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately."
Kardashian's ex even issued an apology to the mother of his daughter True writing, "Khloé, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I treated you over the years. My actions have not lined up with the way I view you."
Khloé has yet to respond publicly.
