Travis Scott Demands He Be Dismissed From Astroworld Lawsuits, Denies Being Responsible For Fans' Injuries

It appears Travis Scott does not believe he bears any responsibility when it comes to the 10 deaths and hundreds of injuries his concertgoers sustained at his deadly Astroworld Festival last month.
In fact, the 30-year-old Sicko Mode rapper has just filed his first response to one of the 275 civil lawsuits that have been filed against him since the Nov. 5 "mass-casualty" event at NRG Park in Houston, Texas.
According to court documents, Travis responded to a suit filed by a guy named Jessie Garcia, who alleged that he was in the 50,000-person crowd when the over-the-top show went from chaotic to catastrophic.
Scott is asking that Garcia's suit be dismissed with prejudice, particularly as it pertains to himself and his entities, including his company, Jack Enterprises, and his foundation/label, Cactus Jack.
Additionally, the paperwork indicates that Travis issued a "general denial" of the accusations, which is a sort of blanket response to all the allegations against them.
According to reports, the Houston native is planning to issue a similar response to every suit that has been filed against him, and he might be able to do so all at once.

Last week, there was a motion filed to combine all 275 cases into one "multi-district litigation," which would consolidate several of the suits. The motion also requested that only one judge be assigned to the case.
Given that a lot of the claims are similar to one another, it is likely the more efficient option; however, the court has yet to rule.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, 50,000 people flocked to NRG Park on the night of Nov. 5 to celebrate their favorite rapper performing in his hometown; however, the packed concert took a turn shortly after 9 PM when the rowdy crowd started to surge toward the front of the stage.
As a result, thousands of attendees were "compressed" and "unable to escape the situation."
Travis could be on the hook for billions of dollars in damages, but that remains to be seen.
As for his pregnant baby mama, Kylie Jenner, the 24-year-old billionaire beauty mogul is back to business as usual. After a few weeks of marketing silence across all of her personal and professional social media platforms, Stormi's mom decided to celebrate the sixth anniversary of the launch of Kylie Cosmetics.
