Tom Cruise Sucks Up To Police After Thieves Make Off With Actor's Luxury BMW & All His Luggage Inside Following 'Mission: Impossible 7' Filming
Tom Cruise is making nice with cops days after thieves stole his $140,000 BMX X7 and made off with all this pricey luggage inside.
The 59-year-old actor is currently in the United Kingdom filming Mission: Impossible 7 and took time out of his busy schedule to snap a shot with police officers, who recently came to his rescue.
Cruise was spotted rubbing shoulders with two officers in uniform on Monday.
The Academy Award winner dressed sharply for the photo-opt, wearing a blueish-green suit with a matching jacket and patterned tie.
Covid-conscious Cruise made sure to keep his face mask on and over his face while safely standing 6-feet away from the British transport police.
The men barely smiled as they stopped their civil duty to snap a shot with the Hollywood superstar.
Cruise's random stunt comes nearly one week after thieves used high-tech strategy to steal his expensive car right from under his security team's noses.
According to The Sun, thieves used a scanner to duplicate the keyless fab for Cruise's BMW X7, worth upwards of $140,0000.
The vehicle was allegedly parked outside a Birmingham hotel when one of the crooks gained access and made off with the car.

They also reportedly made off with thousands of dollars worth of luggage that was inside the vehicle by default.
“Tom had been driven around in the car while in Birmingham and some of his luggage and belongings were inside it when it was taken," sources told the outlet.
Police recovered Cruise's high-priced BMW, "but everything inside it had gone."
While his security team was reportedly mortified over the situation, no one was as angry as the A-list icon.
“It’s a huge embarrassment for the security team and the guy who had been driving it was hopping mad — but not as mad as Tom!" The Sun's insider said at the time.
Hours before Cruise's car was stolen, the shiny black vehicle was photographed parked in plain sight outside of The Grand Hotel on Church Street.
The theft situation temporarily masked another reason Cruise has been in the headlines. Fans were shocked to learn he reportedly lost his front teeth and allegedly wears dentures.
