Singer Miguel and his wife Nazanin Mandi have decided to celebrate calling off their divorce with a brand-new home.
On Instagram, the 36-year-old singer posted a video of Nazanin walking around their new pad.
In the clip, Miguel’s partner carries around a bag that is holding two of their cats. She opens it to allow the animal to walk around to check out the new digs.
The home has yet to be furnished as it looks like the couple moved in this week.
According to real estate records obtained by RadarOnline.com, Miguel sold off his longtime Marina Del Rey mansion only weeks ago.
Records show he sold off his 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,448 sq. ft. pad for $2.1 million on January 7
Miguel originally purchased the home for $1.245 million in 2013 and has lived there with Nazanin ever since. The property listing described the home as having a “gorgeous entry/foyer with double mirrors from the high ceilings to the slate floors."
The living room includes a “beautiful tiled fireplace, dining room, and kitchen.” Other amenities include an in-ground spa, nest thermostats to control the central air and heat and a upstairs suite bathroom with heated floors, a steam shower and multiple shower heads.
Miguel was the sole owner listed on the deed for the home just sold.
The decision to buy a new home together comes after the two were able to work out their issues and avoid breaking up.
As RadarOnline.com first reported, last year, the couple told the world they were over via a joint statement.
A rep said, "After 17 years together, Miguel and Nazanin Mandi have decided to separate and have been for some time now. The couple both wish each other well."
The decision caused many close friends to be taken aback as the couple showed no signs of trouble.
The breakup didn't last long as the two were spotted weeks later out at a romantic dinner followed by a spiritual trip to the desert together.
The two have been together for over 10 years. Miguel proposed in 2016 and the couple got married in 2018.
