Shanna Moakler Calls Ex Travis Barker's PDA With Kourtney Kardashian 'Weird' Ahead Of New 'I Love You' Tattoo

Shortly after Shanna Moakler spoke out about her ex-husband Travis Barker's "weird" relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star debuted an "I love you" tattoo she herself inked onto the right forearm of her Blink-182 boo.
And that's neither the first nor the only permanent tribute to the Poosh founder that the famed drummer has on his body.
Despite the love birds' extravagant public displays of affection – which have been going on since February – Moakler, 46, told PEOPLE she is "very much over my ex. It's been a long time. However, do I think some of the PDA that he's doing with her is weird? [Yes]."
"The movie, True Romance, that I feel like they've been bonding over was the theme of our wedding," she said in the interview published Wednesday. "Our daughter's named after the character in the movie. Flying banners overhead like we did on Meet the Barkers. Stuff like that ... I just think it's weird."
However, the former beauty pageant queen insists she feels "no ill will" toward Kardashian, 42, and/or Barker, 45, with whom she shares two biological children: 17-year-old son Landon Asher Barker and 15-year-old daughter Alabama Luella Barker. Moakler is also mom to 22-year-old daughter Atiana De La Hoya, whose dad is retired boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
"I'm really, genuinely happy for [Travis]. I want the father of my kids to be happy and to have a partner that makes him happy ... and a better father," Shanna said. "As long as she's good to my children, that's truly all I really care about."
"My kids seem to really like [Kourtney] and her family, so that's key," she added, before pointing the finger at the reality star's massive and overly attentive following.
"If anything, my only issue with this whole sort of craziness that's been going on is her fan base ... it's really almost to the point of being bullied," Moakler said. "I look at social media as a place to have fun. It should be positive."
Shanna also explained the reasoning behind some of her own indirect commentary on the super public relationship between her ex and his current obsession, including an Instagram Story post from late April that parodied some of Barker and Kardashian's recent vacation photos.
"Matthew and I have been posting stuff in a joking manner, but not so much to attack Kourtney and Travis," said Moakler, who's been dating model/actor Matthew Rondeau for about a year, despite their brief split last month. "It was more to annoy her fan base because at some point you have to make a joke out of it."
Moakler said she recently met Rondeau's family for the first time in Rhode Island and that he has also met her kids.
Of her four-year marriage to Travis, Shanna said, "We had a lot of money and fame and power, and we didn't know how to navigate through life well together. It took us many years to learn how to co-parent and how to separate our personal lives and our memories and feelings towards one another."
"It wasn't something that happened overnight," she added, noting that her kids "deserve to have a relationship with their mother ... and their father. The children deserve the opportunity to meet their parents' significant others in a good, positive way."
