Renee Zellweger Sells Her California Mansion For $6.4 Million As Romance With Ant Anstead Heats Up
Renee Zellweger's life continues to be filled with luck as she pocketed over half a million extra on the sale of her Northern California mansion.
This comes just months after she was romantically linked to British television presenter Ant Anstead.
According to reports, the Oscar-winning actress had bagged quite a deal on her home in Topanga Canyon. A buyer purchased the property for $6.4 million.
The residence is located in the Santa Monica Mountains, which includes 9-plus acres with views of the canyons, mountains, meadows, and hiking trails.
The record also shows that the Bridget Jones actress bought the Spanish-style ranch house built in 2002 for $3.4 million in 2015.
The 4,414 square feet home consists of four bedrooms with a great room leading to a pool patio. The interior design features lots of white, cream, and colorful Spanish tiles, which offers a modern, yet warm atmosphere to the resident.
More details of the property include beamed ceilings in the kitchen, Venetian plastered arches, and multiple fireplaces. In addition, the home under Carl Cambino of Compass listing broker also contains a living room, dining room, media room, and mudroom.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Renee listed her home earlier this month, just four months after she started dating Anstead, whom she met on the set of his car series, Celebrity IOU: Joyride.
Since June, the couple has spent a lot of time together. Renee was even pictured carrying Ant's two-year-old son Hudson Anstead during a family outing.
Ant first shared a picture of Renee via his Instagram story in August after the pair attended their first public event together in August at the Lyon Air Museum in Santa Ana, California.
A few weeks later, Ant also posted the first selfie together as a couple. However, paparazzi already caught them on various occasions cozying up to each other before their official post.
Prior to meeting Renee, Ant was married to Flip or Flop star Christina Haack, with whom he shared Hudson. He was also married to his first wife Louise Anstead from 2005 to 2017 which he shared 17-year-old daughter Amelie Anstead and 14-year-old son Archie Anstead.
Renee was previously married to country singer Kenney Chesney, and their relationship ended in divorce in 2005.
