'My Angel is Perfectly Healthy': Paris Hilton Slams Nasty Comments About Son's Large Head
Paris Hilton is hitting back at haters who targeted her nearly one-year-old son, RadarOnline.com has learned. The hotel heiress, 42, caused a stir when she shared several photos of her only child, Phoenix, last week — but what she didn't bargain for was all the nasty replies that filled up her comment section about her son's noggin.
While many of the comments were sweet about the mother-son pair — like Demi Lovato, who wrote, "Omg!!! So precious!!!" — others weren't so kind.
"Does he have encephalitis? Like what is actually going on I’m not trying to be rude that doesn’t seem normal," one person replied.
Immediately, her followers unleashed, slamming the question and labeling it "rude." The controversy made its way on TikTok and did not go unnoticed by Hilton.
After one user made a video defending her child, the famous heiress shared her thoughts on the issue.

" There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy," Hilton wrote below the TikTok clip, adding a crying emoji. She even addressed the concerns, saying, "And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain."
Fans were disgusted over the cruel comments.

"She was so kind to share a precious photo of her son with us. I don't understand why people have to make fun of him or make comments about the way she is holding him," one supporter wrote. "Imagine....just imagine being a grown adult and making fun of baby.......what a sick world we live in," shared another in response.
"Are you that miserable that you feel the need to bully a baby? If you think it’s ok to harass an infant and his mom, I feel sorry for you," added a third.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed their first child via surrogate in January.
"It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other," she told People after her son's birth. "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."
