NeNe Leakes Scores Over $3 Million Selling Home She Shared With Late Husband Gregg

Real Housewives Of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes has found herself a buyer for the home she shared with her late husband Gregg — just three months after losing him to colon cancer.
According to real estate records, the lavish property was listed for $3.495 million before it went under contract on Dec.28, 2021.
NeNe and Gregg purchased what was considered as their first "real" home back in 2015 for a little over $2 million and lived in the mansion together as a couple for seven years.
Nonetheless, she put the house on the market in September of this year, the same month her late husband passed away following his longtime battle with the disease.
The residence took several years to be built, comprising of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spanning almost 10,000 square feet.
The real estate listing reads the "unique Mediterranean home gives you West Coast vibes," in addition to featuring a "golf course lot with gorgeous views and impeccable landscaping."
The villa provides a resort-style main-level walk-out pool with waterfall features accompanied by a full wrap-around covered patio. It also has a full 2nd Chef's kitchen and an enormous custom designer closet "complete with glass door built-ins, jewelry cases, shoe racks, mirrors and much more."
The buyers will also be able to entertain their guests with an entertainment bar, custom wall seating, a theatre room with Swarovski Crystals inlay throughout the entire ceiling, a game room, and a beauty salon.

The pad was first listed for $4 million before finding a buyer after cutting the price by $505,000 over three months since NeNe put the property up for sale on Sept. 21, 2021.
Prior to owning the house, NeNe and Gregg were renting several properties, and the couple was even evicted after owing one of their rentals more than $6,200 in back rent in 2008.
Besides successfully selling the house, NeNe had also bagged herself a new man following the death of her husband.
The reality star was spotted walking hand in hand at a beach in Miami with her new beau Nyonisela Sioh last week ahead of Christmas festivities.
NeNe and Sioh first sparked romance rumors after the two were seen dancing and partying at her 54th birthday earlier this month. Sioh - a successful businessman from Liberia, Africa, who owns a couture suit company in South Carolina, was introduced to NeNe by Peter Thomas, the ex-husband of her former RHOA co-star Cynthia Bailey.
