The 28-year-old Mother's Daughter singer and the controversial 49-year-old business mogul were caught by paparazzi arriving at a club in New York City following their TV gig, which grabbed mixed reviews from the audience at home.
But the two paid no mind to critics and turned up the fun after the show.
Miley looked ready to have a good time, wearing an oversized and colorful zebra-striped sweater with frayed trimming.
Pairing her wild look with black jeans, the singer kept it casual in flat boots. Accessorizing with blue sunglasses, spiky blonde hair, and gold hooped earrings, Miley wasn't playing with her post-SNL vibes.
As for Elon Musk, he opted for all black.
Sporting a baseball cap, puffy jacket, and jeans, the show's controversial host was seen flanked by security guards.
Musk wasn't just with Miley and his security team.
He also brought along his baby mama, singer Grimes, to party with the cast.
The Tesla mogul stirred up controversy as soon as he was announced as host.
As Radar reported, some of the cast members weren't happy with the decision to have the businessman play host instead of someone in the arts.
Musk is said to have made serious money during the pandemic, something critics say was due to capitalizing on the worldwide crisis.
At the beginning of his SNL monologue, Elon took a serious turn by revealing he has Asperger’s.
Revealing he's "making history tonight as the first person with Asperger's to host SNL," Musk said while pausing to get a round of applause from the live audience before adding, "or at least the first to admit it."
Asperger Syndrome is a condition on the autism spectrum.
It can cause difficulties engaging in social interactions and nonverbal communication but does not affect one's intelligence.
He seemed cool and collected. Musk was also pretty funny and didn't let his controversial gig prevent him from partying all night long!
Miley and Musk were said to have left the club around 6 AM but left in separate cars.
For the show's opener, Miley Cyrus paid tribute to her godmother Dolly Parton by singing the country legend's song, Light Of A Clear Blue Morning.
In a touching moment, all the SNL casts' moms came out with their famous kids for a special Mother's Day homage.
Cyrus, who was a seventh-time musical guest on SNL, played the title track off her Plastic Hearts album and her latest collaboration with The Kid LAROI, Without You.
