'RHOC' Alum Meghan King 'Shattered' Over 'Devastating' Split From Husband Cuffe Biden Owens After Just Two Months Of Marriage
Meghan King is speaking out for the first time since the shocking news that her two-month marriage is over.
The former Real Housewives of Orange County star said "I do" to Joe Biden's nephew, Cuffe Biden Owens, in October, but their relationship didn't last long. Days before what would have been their first Christmas together as a married couple, it was revealed they had split.
Now, Meghan is breaking her silence, revealing her and her children's dreams are "shattered."
“I’ve been asked by many outlets and individuals to comment on the state of my marriage,” the 37-year-old shared on her Instagram Stories Monday. "I am rattled. This situation is profoundly devastating."
Stating "this is obviously not what I imagined when I made my vows," Meghan revealed she is "shocked and saddened by the way things turned out.”
The ex-Bravo personality went on to say, "I am moving forward with my children as we privately process our pain and begin to let go of shattered dreams.”
Ending her statement, Meghan asked for privacy during this difficult process. "At this time I ask for your grace and gentle kindness as I navigate this labyrinth of grief with my family," she wrote.

Meghan and Biden Owen's relationship was a whirlwind. It's unclear when they began dating but they went Instagram official in September, getting married only weeks later on October 11.
Their wedding went down at his childhood home in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, in front of the president and first lady, Jill Biden.
It was revealed the two had ended their marriage last week. "She has told friends they broke up," an insider told Page Six. This isn't Meghan's first failed marriage.
During her time on the show, she was famously married to ex-MLB star Jim Edmonds.
The two had a messy divorce following cheating accusations. Edmonds was just as surprised as anyone about Meghan's quick decision to walk down the aisle with Biden Owens.
"I thought it was a joke. They’d been dating for about four weeks!” he told Daily Mail. “Is she pregnant? But is it even possible to know that just four weeks after the first date?”
At the time of this post, Edmonds has not shared his feelings about their split.
