The 35-year-old actress was spotted sitting in the front row at Moschino's show in New York City, just hours after MGK was sued over allegedly assaulting a parking lot attendant.

Despite her rocker beau's legal woes, Fox braved the rain on Thursday to make her first appearance at NYFW. Proving the show must go on, the Transformers actress showed up stag without her usually clingy boyfriend in tow.

The man — who describes himself as a "very sensitive, soft-spoken, gentle," and "quiet person" — claims he was doing his job when he asked the musician-turned-actor if he had a permit to film his movie Good Mourning With A U on the location.

According to the lawsuit, after the man informed the rocker that he did not have permission to film in the Studio City, CA parking lot, MGK and his crew surrounded him.

He claims MGK pushed him from the front while someone else pushed him from behind while allegedly yelling at him.
