Megan's solo appearance comes just hours after MGK and McGregor nearly came to blows on the red carpet of the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday.
As RadarOnline.com reported, a video showed Megan being pulled to safety and out of harm's way by security.
The musician and the MMA fighter caused a scene when they began screaming at one another, seemingly out of nowhere.
Conor was spotted throwing a swing at MGK — surprisingly missing — before security could tear them apart.
A female can be heard screaming on camera, asking, "Where's Megan? Where is Megan? Where is Megan?!"
Moments later, Megan was seen running with a security guard as another woman shouted, "Go this way. Go this way. Get her out this way. Get her out this way."
As for what happened to cause the brawl? According to OK!, it started over McGregor allegedly DMing Megan. What he said, no one knows — at least, not yet.
Megan and MGK were first linked before anyone even knew she had split from her husband of 10 years, Brian Austin Green.
The two have been inseparable ever since — except tonight, at the Met Gala.
